The “notify user” action is manual. There is no automatic notification of users after creating the event.
We still do not have the system to work so we can not hold events or report the ninjas
I’m having trouble reproducing it. I’ve tried to contact your full dojo without issues (in my development environement, emails won’t get to you).
Just to be sure of the scenario: you’re using the platform in Portuguese language, and contacting the full list of users of your dojo.
Am i right so far?
I’m currently investigating if that could be a templating issue instead of a timeout one.
We fixed a fairly huge performance issue on this functionality, tell us if that fixes it out.
today we sent an email to all our ninjas and mentors and it apparently shipped without any problems.

@Guillaume-Feliciano Sorry, but I decided to move back to eventbrite and mailchimp. Will look again later in the year to moving back to zen as our ticketing/mail platform, in particular if functionality like waitlist etc is added.
@KramKroc I completely understand. To be clear we know we have to get better on stability and usability. Hopefully you can give us another try in a few months! Which Dojo are you a part of btw?
