we’re using zen for event booking. A parent e-mailed me recently to ask if I could cancel her ticket for her, which I did, but when I tried to see if she could do it herself, I couldn’t find the option. Now, I’m not sure if it’s just missing or just something I can’t view as a Champion.
We used to send a cancellation link to parents when a ticket was booked, but we never had it through the website.
When merging multiple emails (as a parent, we you book for 4 kids, you would receive 4 emails) together, we had to remove the link due to a structural issue.
