Re: Ticketing system issues - a lot done but a few bugs and tweeks left
We’re running a coderdojo in the Netherlands with a lot of joy and a full house (28 kids) almost every week!

Since last week, parents that try to sign-up their kids do not get any confirmation email anymore. Until some weeks ago, they always would get these confirmation emails. Not a big deal, but they get confused and start signing up kids multiple times, our registration gets a bit messy now.
Is there a configuration that we must do in the ticketing system so that parents get confirmation emails after booking a place for their kid?

We did an update 2 weeks ago regarding notification to introduce an option to allow dojo admins to receive notifications upon booking of a member.
It seems to have introduced an issue on translations : I’ll have to dig as it didn’t happen during our tests.

This should be fixed. The reason is a caching issue in our deployment system. We need to investigate further down why this is happening but the issue in the meantime to receive an email while booking should be resolved.
