I have at least two users in our Dojo who have a typo in their email-address on their Zen account. They are now unable to reset their password, as the required email does not get delivered.
How can I or CoderDojo Global help out? Can we request somewehre to change the email-address of the parent?
@Arjen Hi there, thank you for letting us know. We can get our software developers to have a look into the accounts for you and try to help.
If you can send on the name and link of your Dojo to @Guillaume-Feliciano in a private chat message [on the top right hand side of this page, just below “Community”- see image] and the names of the accounts whose details need to be changed, and he will be in a better position to try to help.
