I tried to assign a parent account to ticket admin, but couldn't, I get the message "you cannot change an association's user or dojo", I was able to click on "background checked".
I also tried to change her role from parent to volunteer in case that was the problem, but I get the same message.
Apologies for this. We recently made some security tweaks to updating a user's association with a dojo, but you've stumbled across an issue with our implementation.
We have now deployed a fix, so you shouldn't have this issue anymore. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@Daniel-Brierton It's fine now thanks. Do you know how to delete an account? A user ended up with 2 accounts with the same email (one begins with a capital letter).
@Karen-Mc-Carthy We currently don't have any option in the UI to delete an account. If they email us at email@example.com, we'll be able to remove the second account.
