We are in the process of making some tutorials and improving the new community system.
In the meantime, you may be interested in contributing to the open source repository.
The repository is located here https://github.com/CoderDojo/community-platform/issues
In the readme you will find details on how to set up your local environment. If you have any issues with this please let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to assist.
The “suitable for beginnners” label is perfect for newcomers: https://github.com/CoderDojo/community-platform/labels/suitable for beginners
You don’t have to be technical to help out! There are a couple of labels in particular that you may be interested in.
The “ready for testing” label means that development has finished and the issue needs to be tested: https://github.com/CoderDojo/community-platform/labels/Ready For Testing
The “request for comments” label means that we’d love to hear feedback from the community about this issue before implementing it. https://github.com/CoderDojo/community-platform/labels/request for comments
If you have an idea for a new feature you’d like to see, we put those under the “backlog” label here https://github.com/CoderDojo/community-platform/labels/backlog
The idea is that when you like an idea, you comment a “+1” on it. This is commonly how it is decided what features are implemented on open source repositories.
If you intend to take an issue to work on it, please comment on the issue to let us know, so that we don’t duplicate any workload.
Looks like your connection to CoderDojo Forum was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
