I awarded a badge to a ninja and accepted it (it’s my son, so e-mail came to me :D). However, the badge doesn’t seem to appear for him on his profile page and when I tried to award it to him again it states that badge was already awarded. Any pointers?
Thanks for letting us know. Did you click the link in the email? Can you check his profile again after you click the link and let me know if it is on his page.
I clicked the badge link again. It brings up a page with the text Accepting badge… and nothing happens.
I turned on the console and I’m seeing the following:
https://zen.coderdojo.com/api/2.0/badges/accept 403 (Forbidden)
Thanks for the update. The development team are hoping to look into the issue today. I will let you know here when I have an update from them regarding when it will fully functioning again.
All the Best,
Same for me: I have been nominated to receive CoderDojo Badge for pass the first e-learning module for CoderDojo Ethos.
https://zen.coderdojo.com/api/2.0/badges/accept 403 forbidden
We just lowered a restraint which seemed to create issue when accepting badge, could you give it another try?
Yes, that worked that time. Thanks!
When I click on the email link, a blank “Error” pop up opens.
If I click on the OK button I get redirected to my profile page.
No badge saved.
Still not working tested both with fireox and Chrome and even on firefox for Android
Hey Frederica, could you share by PM the url your received by email ?
You actually have it
It’s within the tab “Soft-skills” on your profile. We still need to find a good way to display all the badges, but we can’t really do it “all at once”, otherwise the pages will be huge for certain people
Yes, the badge is now visible in soft skills panel. Thanks.
